This refund and return policy applies to all orders placed through the High & Life Store online shop (www.highlife.fi).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
The right of withdrawal requires that the product is:
- unused
- unopened (sealed products)

in original condition and original packaging
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or due to the nature of the product (see sections 3 and 4).
2. How to Cancel an Order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@highlife.fi and include:
- your name
- order number
- which products you wish to return
- reason for return (optional)
Customer service will reply with instructions for returning the product.
Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice.
3. Non-returnable Products (Hygiene, Seals, Intended Use)
The following products cannot be returned:
- 3.1 Opened cosmetic products (CBD and other cannabinoid cosmetics)
For hygiene reasons, only unopened products can be returned.
Opened products are not eligible for return.
- 3.2 Used vaporizers
Vaporizers are classified as hygiene products.
If the device has been used, it cannot be accepted for return.
- 3.3 Opened cannabis seed packages
Cannabis seeds are sold as collectible items.
Unopened packages may be returned; opened packages cannot.
- 3.4 Opened herbal products (ethnobotanical herbs)
Herbal products sold for research purposes are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.
- 3.5 All opened or used products in general
All products sold by High & Life Store are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
4. Products Without a Legal Right of Return
Under Finnish consumer protection law, the following products are not eligible for return:
- hygiene products (opened cosmetics, used vaporizers)
- products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

sealed products whose seal has been broken
High & Life Store strictly adheres to these restrictions.
5. Defective Products and Complaints
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at:
Your complaint should include:
- order number
- a photo of the damage

a brief description of the issue
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
- a replacement product
- a partial refund

a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue
6. Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received:
- refunds are processed within 1–5 business days
- refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
Return shipping costs:
- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
- defective products are returned free of charge
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless:
- the entire order is defective, or
- the return is due to an error made by High & Life Store

9. Return Processing Time
Once the return package has arrived:
- processing time: 2–7 business days
- refunds are issued immediately after processing
The total processing time from return shipment to refund is typically 5–12 business days.
