Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the High & Life Store online shop (www.highlife.fi).

1. Shipping Areas

High & Life Store ships orders:

  • throughout Finland

  • we do not ship outside Finland

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if necessary.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not binding.
We process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Delays may occur due to, for example:

  • carrier congestion

  • strikes or service disruptions

  • force majeure events


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are always a fixed €4.95, or free for orders over €50.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.


4. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing:

  • a shipping confirmation

  • a tracking number

If tracking information does not update or appears incorrect, we recommend waiting 1–2 business days or contacting the carrier directly.


5. Unclaimed Parcels

If the customer does not collect the parcel within the specified time:

  • the order will be returned to the sender

  • the order will be treated as a return

Unclaimed parcels are not free of charge.
The refunded amount will be reduced by:

  • return shipping costs

  • original shipping costs

Failure to collect a parcel is not equivalent to exercising the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.


6. Incorrect Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

HL Finland Oy is not responsible for parcels that:

  • are delivered to an incorrect address

  • are returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information

  • are lost in transit due to incorrect details provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer may be charged new shipping costs.


7. Delivery Delays

In case of delivery delays, we will cooperate with the carrier to investigate the issue.

In force majeure situations (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, logistical disruptions), High & Life Store is not liable for delays.


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged:

  • take photos of the parcel and the product

  • contact customer service at info@highlife.fi

  • retain the parcel for possible further inspection

If a parcel is lost due to a carrier error, we will initiate a compensation or investigation request with the carrier.

Orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for compensation.


9. Partial Shipments

If some products are temporarily out of stock, we may ship the order in multiple parcels at no additional cost to the customer.
