These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store and the ordering of products.

High & Life Store is an online shop intended for adults only.

High & Life Store reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service, prices, product selection, and delivery terms without prior notice.

2. Nature of Products and Usage Restrictions

High & Life Store sells the following product categories, which are subject to specific conditions:

2.1 Cannabis Seeds — Sold as Collectibles

All cannabis seeds are sold as collectible items, souvenirs, or for research purposes only.
They are not intended for germination, cultivation, or use in the production of narcotic substances.

The customer understands and accepts that:

  • Cannabis cultivation, germination, and use for narcotic purposes are illegal in Finland.

  • HL Finland Oy does not encourage, support, or approve any illegal use.

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the products is legal in their country.

By ordering seeds, the customer confirms that they will use them only for lawful purposes.

2.2 Vaporizers — For Aromatherapy Use

High & Life Store sells vaporizers as aromatherapy devices intended for:

  • herbs,

  • plant materials, and

  • other legal aromatic substances.

They are not intended for illegal use.
The store is not responsible for misuse of the products.

2.3 CBD and Other Cannabinoid Products — Cosmetics for External Use

All products containing CBD or other plant-based cannabinoids are classified as cosmetic products.

  • They are intended for external use on the skin.

  • The products are not intended for ingestion, although they are not harmful if accidentally swallowed.

  • The product range does not include medicinal products.

The customer understands that these products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.

2.4 Ethnobotanical Herbs — Sold for Research Purposes

Ethnobotanical herbs and plant materials are sold for research, educational, or collection purposes only.
They are not food products, dietary supplements, or medicines.

The customer agrees to use the products only in a lawful and safe manner.

3. Age Restriction and Limitation of Liability

High & Life Store serves only customers aged 18 or older.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age.

HL Finland Oy is not liable for:

  • misuse of products,

  • incorrect or illegal use,

  • violations of the customer’s local laws,

  • consequences resulting from the use of the products.

The customer is always fully responsible for the use of the products in their country.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Placing an order requires:

  • providing accurate personal information,

  • acceptance of these Terms of Service,

  • being at least 18 years old.

An order placed through the online store becomes binding once the customer has received an order confirmation.

HL Finland Oy reserves the right to:

  • refuse an order,

  • cancel an order in cases of suspected misuse, irregularities, or unlawful intent.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices include value-added tax (VAT).
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

HL Finland Oy reserves the right to update prices at any time.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery time, shipping costs, and delivery methods are displayed at checkout.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • logistics providers,

  • strikes, pandemics, or

  • other force majeure events.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days.

Exceptions:

  • Opened cosmetic products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Used vaporizers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Opened herbal products or other sealed packages are non-returnable.

  • Seed packages cannot be returned once opened.

Notice of return must be given by email before sending the product back.

8. Product Liability and Complaints

If the customer discovers a defect in a product, they must contact customer service at:

The store is not responsible for products used:

  • illegally,

  • improperly,

  • contrary to instructions, or

  • after unauthorized modification.

9. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Privacy Policy is available on the website under Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including images, branding, text, and graphics, is the property of HL Finland Oy or its partners.
Copying or use without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation and, if necessary, in Finnish courts.
